Olivier Kia Sorel-Tracy is currently looking for a New Vehicles Sales Manager to join its winning team!

Responsibilities:

As New Vehicles Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the department's performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Training, developing, coaching, and motivating your sales team to meet and exceed goals, while ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency;
- Supporting advisors in closing sales by taking the time to meet with each customer before they leave, to ensure an exceptional customer experience;
- Implementing effective strategies to exceed objectives;
- Optimizing inventory and allocation management;
- Collaborating with the financing, marketing, and general management departments.

Requirements:

- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive sales and at least 1 year in a Sales Manager position;
- Have a valid driver's licence;
- Be bilingual in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and respond appropriately to their needs;
- Have good computer skills (CRM Activix an asset, Serti/Merlin, Excel);
- Have closing skills and be a good leader;
- Be customer service-oriented, results-oriented, and a team player;
- Have persuasive skills.

We offer a salary starting at $100,000 per year based on your performance, and the schedule is Monday through Friday and every other Saturday.
