Job description

The Consultant is responsible for improving the performance of the sales office at assigned dealerships by promoting Lean methods. They develop action plans tailored to retailers' needs, monitor performance indicators, and ensure excellent customer service. The consultant makes regular visits to dealerships, supports dealership hiring processes, and promotes cross-departmental collaboration. They also provide individual training to financial services managers, ensure compliance, and oversee the implementation of UniFIe 2.0. Maintaining strong business relationships and monitoring market trends are key elements of this role.

Key objectives of the position

- Develop customized action plans: Create tailored action plans based on retailers' needs and objectives, including setting sales targets and developing strategies.
- Monitor financial indicators: Analyze and monitor financial indicators, such as F&I averages, to ensure optimal performance.
- Innovate and customize solutions: Be creative in developing solutions that comply with the Pacte/Lean methodology while meeting the specific needs of retailers.
- Prepare thoroughly for visits: Use checklists to prepare for each visit, review previous reports, and ensure consistency between visits.
- Conduct regular visits to dealerships: Meet with various stakeholders during visits to validate financial results and address specific needs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships: Establish and maintain excellent long-term business relationships with customers, using active listening to identify potential risks.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Help manage complex customer requests, escalate issues as needed, and support the management of outstanding claims.
- Maximize product penetration: Identify opportunities to expand and diversify the retail product offering.
- Provide individualized training: Train financial services managers on products, compliance, and sales techniques, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure effective use of UniFIe 2.0: Oversee the installation, deployment, and training related to UniFIe 2.0 to optimize its use and monitor its performance.
