Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Fleet Asset Coordinator on a permanent basis on our Fleet Services team. 

This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

What you'll do:
 

  • Coordinate the development and execution of lease, rental, and third-party service contracts for fleet vehicle, rail car and equipment to ensure seamless support and operational efficiency.
  • Manage fleet-related contracts and collaborate with operations, procurement, and vendors to ensure future equipment needs, lease renewals, and storage coordination are effectively addressed.
  • Oversee maintenance execution and hold both vendors and internal stakeholders accountable for meeting contractual obligations, quality standards, and operational timelines.
  • Oversee FCL passenger vehicle fleet, coordinating vehicle replacements, and ensuring proper approvals, insurance, and reporting.
  • Lead and coordinate the use of the Fleet Asset Management System, ensuring effective use of the Fleet Asset Management System to maintain data integrity and support timely commercial fleet maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the system software provider and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive system optimization.

The Team: You will work in close partnership with the Fleet Asset Performance team and various stakeholders across FCL, CRC, and the CRS, reporting to the Manager, Fleet Asset Performance. Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:
 

  • Have a one year certificate with preference to Fleet management or Contract Management (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Vehicle and equipment lease and rental experience would be an asset.
  • Knowledge in maintenance of commercial transportation fleet vehicles and equipment is an asset.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
