Job description

Job summary:

Under the supervision of senior management, you will be responsible for all tasks related to human resources management.

Tasks related to the staffing process:

- Oversee the entire staffing cycle, including:
- Developing recruitment procedures;
- Develop recruitment strategies (identify sources, advertise job openings, actively search for candidates, prepare assessment tools and interviews);
- Conduct individual interviews and other steps in the assessment process;
- Analyzing the results of the selection process, choosing the successful candidate, and conducting employment and reference checks;
- Preparing job offers and employment contracts and informing unsuccessful candidates;
- Facilitating and coordinating the onboarding and integration of new employees;
- Creating and maintaining new employee files;
- Ensure that all files, both employee and candidate, are kept up to date;
- Represent the company at recruitment events and educational institutions;
- Maintain and develop lasting partnerships with educational institutions to ensure a high-quality workforce;
- Support managers throughout the recruitment process;
- Ensure the continuous optimization of the strategy for welcoming and integrating new employees;
- Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the company.

Training and development:

- Lead the implementation of the performance management system, including performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs;
- Coordinate the internal employee training system to meet the company's needs, including: training needs assessment, integration and orientation of new employees, management skills development, cross-training, measurement of training impact, and transfer of learning to the workplace;
- Support managers in selecting and hiring external training programs and consultants;
- Maintain existing partnerships with educational institutions to access a pool of qualified workers;
- Optimize the use of various government workforce development programs.

Employee relations:

- Collaborate with management to communicate human resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
- Identify and recommend labor relations management practices necessary to establish a positive climate between the employer and employees, thereby promoting high morale and motivation;
- Coach and train managers in their responsibilities for communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction with their employees (PAI);
- Represent the employer in the event of a dispute with an employee, both internally and before government authorities;
- Collaborate with managers to implement a performance improvement process for employees with performance issues;
- Review, guide, and approve management recommendations regarding terminations;
- Support managers in carrying out the various steps involved in disciplinary processes and related sanctions.
