Who This Role Is For

You are:
 

• A proven, successful automotive sales performer with a track record of exceeding targets consistently
• Process-driven and disciplined - you understand that consistency wins long term
• Organized and proactive - you anticipate what needs to happen before anyone asks
• Competitive - but more focused on winning as a team than winning alone
• Unwilling to settle for mediocrity when the standard has already been defined

You believe leadership is not about sitting behind a desk. It's about setting the pace.

What This Role Requires

This role is an extension of the sales floor.

You will:
 

• Lead from the front - from responding to a lead, to conducting the test drive, to closing the deal
• Demonstrate how it's done when the moment calls for it
• Drive fast and urgent response times on every single opportunity
• Hold the team accountable to daily video content and social media activity (including yourself)
• Maintain absolute discipline around CRM processes, follow-up, and execution
• Push for buy-in opportunities and actively leverage the service drive
• Ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks

You understand that:
 

• Consistency drives results
• Discipline protects performance
• Urgency increases volume
• Process creates predictability

What We Are NOT Looking For
 

• Someone who "has been there, done that" and believes they have nothing left to learn
• Someone who wants a title more than responsibility
• Someone who prefers managing from behind a desk
• Someone comfortable with "good enough"
