Job offer – Sales Secretary - automotive dealership
We are currently looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Secretary to join our team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the sales department and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of vehicles and the administrative processing of files.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare sales files for the delivery of new and used vehicles;
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of documents;
- Prepare license plates for vehicle delivery;
- Discount sales files with banks and manufacturers after delivery;
- Follow up on financing;
- Store used vehicles in internal systems;
- Record and file sales files;
- Perform various related administrative tasks.
Desired profile
- Excellent organization and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
- Good command of computer tools;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Experience and knowledge of Flexilog software (an asset);
- Experience in a car dealership (an asset);
- Knowledge of financing processes (an asset).
