We are looking for a Sales Representative dedicated to the used vehicle department, with a primary focus on service customers and building loyalty among our existing clientele.
This strategic position allows you to work with an already active and engaged customer base, without external cold calling.
Your mission—your priority will be to develop pre-owned vehicles sales by leveraging:
- Customers visiting the service department;
- Our existing customer database;
- Equity and end-of-financing opportunities.
Your mandate will be to:
- Identify vehicles with high mileage or at the end of their warranty;
- Detect advantageous replacement opportunities;
- Highlight the trade-in value of the current vehicle;
- Generate qualified appointments;
- Accompany the customer until the sale is completed;
- Become the strategic link between service and pre-owned vehicles sales.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze service appointments on a daily basis;
- Make structured outgoing calls;
- Follow up by phone, text, and email;
- Present suitable used vehicle options;
- Manage your customer portfolio in the CRM;
- Work closely with the service department;
- Close transactions.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive sales (pre-owned vehicles, a significant asset);
- Strong ability to analyze fairness and financial opportunities;
- Comfortable on the phone and with customer relations;
- Discipline, organization, and autonomy;
- Performance-oriented mindset.
