Financial & Insurance Manager

The Hamel Group is looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager for its Mercedes-Benz Blainville dealership for a one-year maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of permanent employment at one of our dealerships.

We are looking for a high-performing, versatile candidate who is currently successful in this field and has a good knowledge of the various financing options and all types of insurance and protection products offered by the industry.

We offer a supportive environment and training with the person you will be replacing. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday to Friday schedule.

As such, you will be required to meet the following criteria:

- Provide detailed explanations to customers in order to sell financing, insurance, various protections, and extended warranties;
- Process financing and leasing transactions accurately and fairly;
- Collaborate with sales managers to achieve a reasonable profit on each sale;
- Process approximately 400 files annually.

Requirements:

- Two years of relevant experience in the automotive industry;
- Knowledge of One-Eighty (an asset);
- Bilingualism (an important asset).
