Service Foreman – Carstar Dorval
Carstar Dorval-Autocare Dorval is a well-established and expanding collision and Mechanical repair center. With 11,000 square feet of repair space, state-of-the-art equipment (Hunter, Spanesi, GYS, Autel), and a steady flow of insurance repair work, and Mechanical repairs, we are looking for a strong, hands-on Service Foreman to lead our shop floor.
We need a leader who enforces standards, drives productivity, and ensures quality repairs are done right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily shop operations
Assign and prioritize work based on production schedules
Ensure repairs meet Carstar standards and CCC certified requirements
Perform quality control checks before vehicle delivery
Maintain workflow efficiency and production targets
Lead, mentor, and hold technicians accountable
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
Previous experience in a leadership or shop management role
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage pressure and deadlines
Respected leadership presence on the shop floor
High standards for workmanship and accountability
