Due to an internal promotion, Langley Toyota is hiring a Delivery Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in automotive retail. It offers direct exposure to the sales process, client experience, and dealership operations, with a clear pathway into future sales opportunities for high performers.
Position Overview

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional vehicle delivery experience for every client. This role supports Sales, Service, and Operations while maintaining high CSI standards.

Key Responsibilities include:
 

  • Coordinate and complete all new and used vehicle deliveries
  • Provide thorough vehicle technology and feature demonstrations
  • Set up and activate In-Control systems and connected services
  • Complete new and CPO delivery checklists
  • Conduct second deliveries when required
  • Introduce clients to Parts and Service during delivery
  • Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (cleanliness, presentation, accessories)
  • Verify no third-party devices are connected to the OBDII port
  • Follow up regarding surveys, reviews, and CSI
  • Merchandise and maintain showroom vehicles, including charging EV/hybrid units
  • Assist with dealership social media content
  • Support transport check-ins when needed
  • Coordinate home deliveries
  • Assist service customers with vehicle technology questions
  • Support lot operations when required
  • Manage plate registrations and demo vehicle organization
