Production Control Clerk

1) Reports to the Corporate Production Control Manager

2) Will have experience in OEM Portals, including Ford CMMS, Stellantis SMART, Toyota Supplier.com, GM Supply Power

3) Shall be responsible for monitoring customer ratings and disputing violations at the intervals required by the customer and updating Key Measurable tracking.

4) Shall review EDI log and edit Customer Releases daily. Enter manual releases as necessary

5) Liaison between shipping departments and customer

6) Shall follow up on customer requests and relay to Plant Production Control Manager(s).

7) Shall be responsible for monitoring all internet-based customer information systems at the intervals required by the customer. This includes data maintenance, communication, and distribution of information as it relates to Production Control and Shipping.

8) Shall work with shipping department(s) and assist in contacting customers to resolve container shortages

9) Shall be responsible for the coordination of special or miscellaneous type shipments.

Shall perform all other duties as required by the Corporate Production Control Manager.
