Desk Manager

Longueuil Mazda is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a strong, strategic, and performance-oriented Desk Manager to take our sales team to the next level.

If you are a desk expert, know how to structure profitable transactions, and are recognized for your leadership on the floor, we want to talk to you.

Your role:

You will be at the heart of the action:

- Structuring and finalizing transactions;
- Working on files with representatives to maximize profitability;
- Supporting and coaching the sales team on a daily basis;
- Ensuring compliance with margins, policies, and objectives;
- Actively contributing to the overall performance of the department.

Desired profile:

- Experience in automotive is required;
- Excellent understanding of deal structures and performance indicators;
- Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team;
- Results-oriented with strong strategic thinking skills;
- Ability to perform in a dynamic environment.
