Responsibilities:

- Greet service customers professionally;
- Assess vehicle maintenance or repair needs;

- Ensure rigorous follow-up on customer files;
- Work closely with technicians and the service manager.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position is an asset;
- Knowledge of the Serti system is an asset;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to handle pressure and priorities;
- Fluency in French is required.
