Job description
We are currently seeking a Parts Clerk to support the operations of our department. We are looking for a rigorous, service-oriented, and well-organized individual who wishes to grow within a structured and professional environment.
Under the supervision of the Parts Manager, the Parts Clerk actively contributes to the smooth operation of the department by providing customer service, managing orders, and maintaining inventory, particularly for Kubota products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve customers at the counter, by phone, and by email.
- Advise customers in identifying and selecting parts, particularly for Kubota equipment.
- Place parts orders with suppliers.
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming parts.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock balance.
- Prepare orders for customers and for the delivery service.
- Provide parts to shop technicians and ensure efficient operational support.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Additional related duties may be assigned based on departmental needs.
Profile Sought:
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle, automotive, or agricultural equipment parts is considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge of Kubota products is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and responsible.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a team.
- Relevant experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Status: Full-time, 42 hours/week, permanent position.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday. - Events/Visits: Occasional.
- Overtime: Possible occasionally, paid according to labor standards.
- Salary: $47,000 per year.
