We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team.

What we are looking for:
- Someone with experience in a car dealership or the automotive industry (required).
- Someone who is organized, motivating, and has excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in team management is a significant asset, but natural leadership skills can also make a difference.
- Knowledge of service department operations and ability to meet daily challenges.
- Knowledge of SERTI software is considered an asset.
Your day-to-day role:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Supervise and motivate your team to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective synergy.
- Manage daily service operations with rigor and efficiency.
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth operations.
