Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Automotive Delivery Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery and ensuring an exceptional customer experience when handing over the keys.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare vehicles prior to delivery (visual inspection, cleanliness, accessories, etc.);
- Explain vehicle features to customers;
- Ensure all documents are complete and properly signed;
- Install license plates, labels, or required accessories;
- Coordinate with the sales and service departments;
- Keep the delivery area clean and organized.

Requirements:

- Valid drivers licence;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
