Today, we are missing a key player: a Service Advisor to join our after-sales service team.
Your responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to assess their repair and maintenance needs, providing professional advice, and coordinating with technicians to ensure quality service. You will also be in charge of managing quotes, invoices, and the customer experience.
Desired profile:
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Courteous, professional, and dynamic;
- With excellent stress management and teamwork skills;
- Empathetic, proactive, and attentive to customer needs;
- With experience in a similar position or in the automotive field (a significant asset).
