Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager wanted!

Job summary:

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will work with the sales team to maintain and grow this market.

Duties:

    • Set monthly and annual sales targets and monitor their progress;
    • Motivate and coach the team;
    • Purchase vehicles based on established targets;
    • Effectively manage the vehicle inventory;
    • Lead marketing and advertising activities;
    • Ensure that all vehicles are featured on the company's website;
    • Evaluate all used cars that arrive at the dealership;
    • Stay up to date on the current market and current used car valuations using the various means at your disposal, including web-based applications;
    • Manage the refurbishment of used vehicles (reconditioning);
    • Ensure appropriate follow-up with all potential buyers;
    • Perform other duties as required and as directed by management.

Job requirements:

    • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the pre-owned car sector;
    • Knowledge of Serti, Merlin, and V auto software is a considerable asset;
    • Independent and team player;
    • Coordination and supervision skills;
    • Positive attitude and passion for the automotive industry;
    • Bilingualism.
