Job description

Saint-Laurent Hyundai is currently looking for a motivated, organized, and customer service–oriented BDC Follow-Up Agent to join its team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has excellent communication skills, and wants to grow within a dynamic environment at a well-established automotive dealership.

The successful candidate will play a key role in customer retention and in optimizing service and/or sales appointments.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule service appointments;
- Follow up with clients regarding recommended maintenance and manufacturer recalls;
- Contact customers about upcoming services, maintenance due dates, or overdue visits;
- Respond to inbound inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department when necessary;
- Confirm appointments and conduct satisfaction follow-ups;
- Update customer records in the CRM system;
- Work closely with service advisors and the service team to ensure efficient scheduling;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and follow-up processes.

Profile:

- Experience in customer service or a call center environment (an asset);
- Comfortable on the phone with excellent communication skills;
- Professional, courteous, and customer satisfaction–focused approach;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in follow-ups;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Assets:

- Experience in an automotive dealership or BDC department;
- Knowledge of Hyundai products.
