Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to complement our after-sales service team.

The hired Service Advisor will also have Assistant Manager tasks.

As part the assigned duties, the Service Advisor will:

— Greet customers;
— Fix appointments;
— Identify, define and sell maintenance and/or repairs according to the client's needs;
— Open and close work orders;
— Distribute and track work with Technicians;
— Maintain customer satisfaction standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

— Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Advisor;
— Have an increased concern for quality customer service;
— Sales skills;
— Good team spirit;
— Bilingualism.
