Your main responsibilities:

- Inspect vehicles and analyze damage;
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates;
- Collaborate with insurers;
- Explain repairs to customers in a professional manner;
- Follow up on files and coordinate with the workshop;
- Meet deadlines and quality standards.

You are the bridge between the customer, the insurance company, and the technical team.

Required profile:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto bodywork estimates;
- Knowledge of Mitchell and Qapter software essential;
- Good knowledge of insurance processes;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Organization, autonomy, and priority management;
- Team spirit and professionalism.
