Financial & Insurance Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced sales manager who wants to make a long-term commitment to a family business that values quality work, autonomy, and collaboration.

You will be responsible for offering various financial products and services to our customers, working with various banking institutions, and coordinating the financing and delivery of used vehicles. You must be a results-oriented person with a desire for continuous improvement. You must stand out for your positive attitude, autonomy, and ability to work in a team. Extensive experience in second and third chance credit is required.

Your main responsibilities:

- Submit, negotiate, and follow up on financing applications with financial institutions;
- Ensure the compliance, accuracy, and completeness of financial files;
- Contact customers as quickly as possible and obtain the information needed to respond to requests;
- Propose and conclude financing solutions, extended warranties, insurance, and accessories tailored to customer needs;
- Finalize transactions and ensure smooth and professional signing of banking documents;
- Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics, and customer satisfaction;
- Perform administrative follow-up related to transactions and customer files.

Required profile:

- Mandatory experience as a financial manager in a car dealership;
- Bilingualism in French/English (customers and financial institutions);
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills;
- Good organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail;
- Rigorous management of multiple files and prioritization of tasks;
- Good knowledge of vehicles from 2017 onwards;
- Comfortable with technological tools and computerized systems;
- Professional, positive, and results-oriented attitude;
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
