Assistant Sales Manager

We are expanding and looking for an Assistant Sales Manager.

The duties of the Assistant Sales Manager:

- The candidate will be responsible for their own sales;
- The incumbent will primarily perform sales advisor duties and will have some responsibilities related to sales department management, such as meeting with advisors' clients ("T.O. / take over").
- The Manager will be responsible for training and managing sales advisors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales and be skilled in negotiation and closing sales. The incumbent must demonstrate good leadership and interpersonal skills. They must also be dedicated to customer service, determined, dynamic, and self-reliant.
