Job description
Are you organized and comfortable working with people? Fix Auto Marché Central is looking for someone to serve as the central point of contact between our customers, insurers, and our workshop team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and putting them at ease;
- Handle calls and communications;
- Open repair orders and schedule estimates and repairs;
- Follow up on files with insurers and claims adjusters;
- Ensure that each file is clear, complete, and well organized.
In short, you are the link that makes all the difference in the customer experience.
The profile we are looking for:
- Experience in customer service (automotive or insurance = major asset);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Bilingualism (French essential, English an asset);
- Organizational skills and a positive attitude.
