Description of daily tasks: Your responsibilities, your path to success:
- Diagnose mechanical problems with vehicles and determine the necessary repairs;
- Perform repairs and regular maintenance on vehicle mechanical systems;
- Read and interpret plans, diagrams, and technical manuals to perform repairs correctly;
- Install, test, and adjust new mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation;
- Maintain maintenance and repair records, documenting work performed and parts used;
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex problems and improve processes;
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate:
- Extensive experience in automotive mechanics, with in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems;
- Customer-focused: exceptional customer service, attentive to customer needs and proactive in approach;
- Intellectual agility: quick learner with a sharp mind;
- Ambition: eager to take on challenges, focused on results and excellence, willing to share ideas, even the most daring ones;
- Perseverance: does not give up easily and perseveres in the face of difficulties;
- Rigorous: highly organized, precise, and accurate;
- Good time and priority management;
- Technical skills: excellent command of French and English (written and spoken) and good computer skills.
