Job description
We are currently looking for a dynamic BDC Manager to support our service department by managing client appointments and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and online inquiries;
- Schedule and confirm service appointments;
- Perform customer follow-ups via phone, email, and SMS;
- Work closely with Service Advisors and the service team;
- Maintain high customer experience standards;
- Use CRM tools and internal software to manage leads and appointments.
Profile & Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written);
- Strong communication and customer service skills;
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software quickly;
- Organized with strong follow-up discipline;
- Automotive or BDC experience is an asset.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM;
- Friday: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
