Job description
New Vehicle Sales Manager – Mercedes-Benz Laval.
A family-owned business established over 35 years ago, our dealership is renowned for its excellence and personalized service. We are looking for a passionate and motivating New Vehicles Sales Manager.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed set objectives;
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team;
• Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer standards and processes;
• Analyze performance (KPIs, margins, volume, F&I penetration, customer satisfaction) and implement action plans;
• Manage inventory and optimize vehicle turnover;
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of Sales Consultants;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Work closely with senior management, the service department, and financing;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
Required profile:
• Significant experience in automotive sales management for a prestigious brand;
• Motivational leadership and excellent strategic sense;
• Strong focus on results and customer service;
• Analytical skills and ability to manage performance;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Professionalism, rigor, and team spirit.
Work schedule:
• Permanent full-time position;
• Day and evening shifts (closed on weekends);
• Position requires on-site presence.
