Service Advisor (base + bonus = $80,000 per year)

Your daily role:

- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments;
- Greeting customers and assisting them throughout their visit (reception - billing);
- Accurately identifying customer needs and complaints in order to write work orders with precision;
- Preparing estimates and ordering necessary parts;
- Suggesting recommended services or maintenance based on the condition of the vehicle;
- Perform after-sales follow-ups and seasonal reminders;
- Open and close work orders, prepare billing;
- Provide courteous, fast, and personalized service;

Desired profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service position in the automotive or mechanical field;
- Do you come from an independent garage or a parts and service store? Perfect! We are not only looking for candidates with dealership experience;
- Good mechanical knowledge;
- Bilingualism (French/English) essential;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Rigorous, structured, autonomous, and a team player;
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Work schedule:

- Monday to Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
- Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.;
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (half day, perfect for a great start to your weekend!).

Compensation and benefits:

- Compensation (base salary ($57,000 per year) plus bonus... up to $80,000 per year);
