Mazda de Laval is currently looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and automobiles, and who is ready to provide our customers with a unique experience!
Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, the person will be responsible for:
- Greet customers and gather the necessary information to determine the repair and maintenance needs of their vehicles;
- Produce repair cost estimates and present clear and transparent quotes;
- Sell maintenance services according to customer needs while ensuring quality customer service;
- Obtain customer authorization to perform services;
- Open and close work orders;
- Create and manage service orders in our dealership management system;
- Coordinate workflow with technicians and the parts department;
- Communicate service progress to customers, manage their expectations, and make adjustments as necessary;
- Schedule appointments;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area;
- Comply with Mazda standards and dealership policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive Service Advisor;
- Strong customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to translate technical information into clear language for customers;
- Bilingualism in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and respond appropriately to their needs;
- Proficiency in dealership service and order processing software (Serti an asset);
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams;
- Sales skills;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, 6:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.;
- Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Salary: up to $80,000 per year based on your performance.
