At Nadon Sport, we sell dreams, performance, and premium brands to a passionate clientele. We are looking for someone with the energy, drive, and ambition to perform with us.
YOUR ROLE:
- Sell. Perform. Reach and exceed your goals.
- Welcome, qualify, and advise customers based on their real needs.
- Present and sell recreational vehicles and accessories.
- Close the sale, complete contracts, and ensure solid follow-up.
- Provide quality after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide a high level of customer experience and service
- Manage follow-ups and your task calendar in the CRM
- Develop your customer base and build lasting relationships
- Maintain an impeccable and professional showroom
- Participate in various corporate events.
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (REQUIRED)...experience in recreational vehicles or automobiles = EXCELLENT FIT!
- Performance and results-oriented mindset;
- Strong ability to close deals and manage objectives;
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales processes;
- Bilingual in French / English;
- Professional, structured, energetic;
- Team player;
- Knowledge of recreational vehicles: a big asset, but not mandatory.
