Join the Kia Sainte-Julie team!
Position: Service Advisor.
Under the Service Manager's supervision, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the workshop. You will play a key role in the customer experience by providing professional, friendly, and efficient service.
Your daily tasks:
• Greet customers with a smile and collect information about their vehicle;
• Open and close work orders;
• Ensure communication between the customer and the Technician;
• Keep the customer informed throughout the work;
• Clearly explain repairs and costs;
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance;
• Build trust and maintain a high level of satisfaction;
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
Required profile:
• Good knowledge of mechanics;
• Outstanding customer service skills;
• Ability to advise and sell additional services;
• Patient, calm, and a team player;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in service sales;
• Comfortable with computers (SERTI is an asset);
• Valid driver's licence;
• Any combination of training and experience will be considered.
