Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers and gather the information needed to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will also sell maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring quality customer service and rigorously following up on customer files.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position;
- Experience with Serti software (an asset);
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good sales skills.

Notes:
- Hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we finish at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays.
- Telemedicine: ability to reach a healthcare professional 24 hours a day.
