Are you passionate about customer relations, proficient in CRM tools, highly organized, and results-oriented?

Action Mitsubishi is looking for a BDC agent with knowledge of CRM tools to manage incoming leads, follow up with customers, and respond to our customers via social media.

This is a key role at the crossroads of customer service, marketing, and sales performance!

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

BDC/CRM:

- Manage the BDC and supervise customer follow-ups: web, phone, email, walk-ins;
- Implement effective lead follow-up and management processes;
- Oversee external BDC results and opportunities;
- Optimize the use of CRM to ensure rigorous and consistent follow-up;
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to improve conversion rates;
- Analyze customer data to guide sales actions.

Social media:

- Assist with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.);
- Help create engaging and relevant content to showcase vehicles, promotions, and company culture;
- Plan, publish, and analyze content campaigns;
- Monitor messages, customer reviews, and online interactions;
- Propose creative initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- Significant experience in a similar position at a car dealership or in a digital marketing environment;
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead tracking tools;
- Good knowledge of social media, digital trends, and content creation tools;
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills;
- Customer and results-oriented, with an analytical and creative mind;
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments;
- Bilingualism (French/English) – an asset.
