Saint-Jean Hyundai is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to ensure a flawless customer experience at the most important moment: vehicle delivery.
This position is ideal for someone who is customer service-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with people.
The role:
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting customers as they take possession of their new vehicle and ensuring that everything is clear, smooth, and professional.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Explaining how the vehicle works to new owners during delivery;
- Ensuring that all documents are signed and explaining them clearly and transparently;
- Presenting the main features, options, and technologies;
- Ensuring that the delivery process is positive and structured;
- Assisting customers with the CSI process;
- Introducing customers to the service department and scheduling their first appointment;
- Inviting customers to leave a Google review at the appropriate time;
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a consistent customer experience;
- Follow-up call after 48 hours.
Required profile:
