Your area of focus.
We are seeking for a highly motivated Lease Retention Manager to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Retention program (Lease/Finance/Cash) to ensure the highest possible customer retention rate. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers who are coming to the end of their lease or finance term, educating them on the benefits of leasing, and guiding them through the process of renewing or upgrading their vehicle needs.

What drives your day-to-day?
- Develop and implement Retention strategies to maximize customer retention rates
- Manage the lease/finance/cash purchase renewal process from start to finish
- Contact customers whose contracts are coming to an end to discuss renewal options and benefits
- Educate customers on the benefits of leasing and the latest vehicle technology
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upgrade options for customers
- Ensure all Retention activities are compliant with dealership policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records and track Retention metrics
- Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with the latest trends and technology in the automotive industry
What are the must-haves...
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in automotive sales or lease retention management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge of lease agreements, finance, and insurance products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
