Job description
Saint-Laurent Hyundai is looking for a Service Advisor who is passionate about customer service and the automotive industry.
As a key member of our service department, you will play an essential role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the service desk with courtesy and professionalism.
- Assess their needs and explain recommended repairs or maintenance.
- Prepare and present estimates for work.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure communication between customers and the workshop.
- Follow up with customers on the progress of work.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required profile:
- Relevant experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics (a significant asset).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and service-oriented.
