Main responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs regarding vehicle maintenance and repair;
- Offer and promote various after-sales, preventive, and maintenance services;
- Provide customer advisory services;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers;
- Evaluate maintenance costs, write up work orders, and follow up on them;
- Perform related tasks or tasks requested by the Service Manager.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Relevant experience in sales and customer service;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual customer base;
- Have good interpersonal skills, provide excellent customer service, and be passionate about sales;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy, and neat appearance;
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team.
