Under the supervision of the Parts Manager, the Parts Clerk performs various tasks in the department such as receiving orders, taking customer orders, managing inventory, etc.

Tasks:
- Take customer orders at the counter, by phone, or by email;
- Ensure proper inventory balancing;
- Receive orders daily;
- Provide courteous service to customers;
- Ensure the cleanliness of the department;
- Prepare orders for customers;
- Prepare orders for the delivery person;
- Place orders for parts;
- Deliver parts to Technicians.
Several other tasks may be added to the job description.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (French/English);
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle or car parts;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Good adaptability;
- Reliability;
- Resourcefulness;
- Ability to manage priorities;
- Organizational skills;
- Experience (an asset).
