Job description
Are you a dynamic, helpful person who listens to customers? Laval Hino is looking for a Service Advisor for the evening shift, from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Thursday.
Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the Service Advisor will greet customers, open work orders, make appointments, assist with task allocation, call customers for follow-up, suggest promotions, organize and open "P.O." for our subcontractors, close work orders, and any other related tasks!

Duties:
- Booking appointments;
- Understand customer complaint and open work order;
- Assists in dispatching technicians;
- Communicates with customers by e-mail or telephone to follow up;
- Propose promotions;
- Advise customers to optimize truck life and safety;
- Organize appointments with our subcontractors;
- Closing work orders.
Many miscellaneous tasks can be added to the job description.
Requirements:
- Understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics;
- Ability to manage priorities;
- Organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team;
- Good adaptability;
- Reliability;
- Resourcefulness.
