Call Center Sales Representative (BDC)

We are looking for a Sales Representative for our BDC in our St-Eustache offices. Do you enjoy customer contact, are you comfortable on the phone, and do you know how to close a sale? We want to talk to you.

We are looking for a BDC Sales Representative to join a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented team in an excellent work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming and outgoing calls;
- Follow up with customers after their visit to the dealership;
- Follow up with customers after their visit to convert unclosed sales (follow-up, objection handling, transaction finalization);
- Qualifying customer needs and supporting them throughout the purchasing process;
- Scheduling appointments and working closely with the sales team; Providing a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

Required profile:

- Experience in the automotive industry (ideally);
- Excellent sales skills;
- Very comfortable on the phone (no hesitation in calling customers);
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing;
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude;
- Ability to work in a team and perform under objectives;
- Intermediate-advanced bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written, in order to communicate with our unilingual French-speaking customers, but also because of our large unilingual English-speaking customer base.

Schedule:

- 40 hours per week;
- Availability required during the day, evenings, and weekends.
