Liaison Agent

CARSTAR Laval Ste-Rose is looking for a Liaison Agent with or without experience for its branch.

Main tasks to be done:

- Greeting customers;
- Opening and closing work orders;
- Entering invoices and processing statements of accounts;
- Following-up on your customers' files with insurance companies and service providers; etc.

The desired candidate will have the following profile:

- Knowledge of RepairCenter (an asset);
- Diligent, reliable, methodical and punctual;
- Interpersonal skills and able to work with customers.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience as well as a benefits package after 6 months.

Schedule:

- Daytime position working 40 hours per week;
- Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
