We are looking for a candidate for our rapidly expanding business development center. The candidate must be independent, organized, and have good priority management skills.
Your tasks will include responding to service department requests quickly and professionally, selling the department's products and services, and working closely with the service team and its manager.
Your daily tasks will include:
• Responding to service-related phone calls
• Scheduling appointments following customer visits
• Making CSI customer follow-up calls
• Establishing a methodical follow-up system for requests and appointments
• Submitting a weekly follow-up report to management
Requirements:
• Communication skills
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
• Sales and customer service skills;
• Excellent knowledge of the web and technology;
• Automotive experience (desirable)
We are particularly looking for someone with strong persuasion skills who can set appointments while providing excellent customer service.
