Are you a student looking to gain real hands-on experience in the automotive industry? Steele Auto Group is offering 5-week work term placements, providing the opportunity to learn directly from skilled technicians, build confidence in the shop, and begin shaping your future career.
As a Co-op Apprentice, you will earn Apprentice Level 1 pay while developing the practical skills needed to succeed. For motivated and high performing students, this Co-op placement may lead to exciting long-term career opportunities within Steele Auto Group.
Wage: $18.20/hr.
Opportunities available across the HRM:
- Dartmouth: Steele Collision Portland Street and Fixed Auto Dartmouth
- Halifax: Steele Collision Centre Halifax and Fixed Auto Halifax
What You will Do:
- Work closely with experienced technicians to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A valid driver's license may be required, depending on location and role
