We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor at our Cobourg Kia location to be part of our dynamic team.

Compensation & Benefits:
 

• Compensation: This is a base salary plus performance bonuses position. Top Achievers are estimated to earn $50,000 to $90,000 annually

What You'll Do:
 

• Provide exceptional customer service with professional, clear communication
• Complete and review service orders with customers and the shop
• Accurately estimate service costs and completion times
• Educate customers on products and services that best suit their needs
• Schedule service appointments and manage parts on repair orders
• Maintain accurate records and produce flawless paperwork

What We're Looking For:
 

• Experience and knowledge in the automotive service industry
• Understanding of mechanical components of vehicles
• Ability to maintain professional and technical expertise through ongoing training
• Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of PBS is an asset
