Your role: a pillar of sales performance.

As Assistant Sales Manager / Desk Manager, you will play a strategic role in the profitability of the sales department and the development of your team.

Your main responsibilities:

    • Perform TOs, follow up on and close transactions;
    • Supervise salespeople, transactions, and vehicles sold;
    • Ensuring rigorous follow-up of CRM, customer follow-up, and virtual BDC;
    • Ensuring smooth deliveries and excellent customer satisfaction results;
    • Training, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve (and exceed) their goals;
    • Ensuring that each customer is handled professionally and efficiently;
    • Optimize sales, follow-up, and customer search processes;
    • Collaborate with sales, F&I, and management to maximize gross profits;
    • Participate in new vehicle inventory decisions (models, colors, equipment);
    • Control and supervise lease renewals;
    • Take responsibility for the profitability of the sales department.

The profile we are looking for:

    • Solid experience in automotive sales (management or desk, a major asset);
    • Natural leadership and credibility on the floor;
    • Strong ability to close deals and perform under pressure;
    • Excellent communicator, solution-oriented;
    • Organized, structured, and comfortable with computer tools/CRM;
    • Team spirit, integrity, and results-oriented;
    • Bilingual (French required, functional English).
