Job description
St-Eustache Mitsubishi, a rapidly expanding dealership, is looking for a visionary and results-oriented Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager. You will be the backbone of our used vehicle department, responsible for strategic inventory management and sales performance.
Your responsibilities:
• Inventory management: Maximize inventory turnover, supervise auctions (purchases/sales), and manage the reconditioning process.
• Team leadership: Coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Pricing strategy: Analyze the market to ensure competitive pricing and optimal profitability.
• Customer experience: Ensure a standard of excellence in the service offered to each customer.
Required profile:
• Significant experience in pre-owned vehicles department management;
• In-depth knowledge of the local automotive market and analysis tools (vAuto, etc.);
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills;
• Ability to work under pressure with a high attention to detail.
