Job description:

A car dealership established 70 years ago in the east end of Montreal, GM Christin CHEVROLET BUICK GMC is a leader in the pre-owned car market.

Our sales team is looking to recruit a candidate with experience in pre-owned vehicles sales at a car dealership.

The Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant is responsible for the entire sales and delivery process for used cars, trucks, and SUVs that have been refurbished according to GM Canada's CHEVROLET BUICK GMC certified pre-owned vehicle marketing program.

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in used vehicle sales, as well as a good knowledge of email management and the vehicle sales process via email. They must be familiar with a customer relationship management (CRM) process and a BDC process.

An on-site training program is offered based on the certification offered to GM Pro used vehicle sales consultants.

Requirements:

The candidate must be dynamic, possess good analytical and empathy skills, and be focused on customer satisfaction.

The candidate must be bilingual, both spoken and written.

Asset:

Knowledge of Reynold's ERA Ignite computer management software will be considered a competitive asset.
