Compensation and Earnings
This role offers an earning potential of $100,000 or more annually. To support your growth, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 per week for your first year, unless commissions exceed that amount.

What You'll Be Doing:

 

• Engaging with customers in-person and online to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Presenting and promoting a diverse range of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each client.
• Facilitating test drives and delivering memorable product demonstrations.
• Providing a seamless, customer-first sales experience from consultation to close.
• Collaborating with your team and leadership to meet individual and dealership-wide goals.
• Supporting dealership initiatives and contributing to overall success.

• Passion for the Automotive Industry - You love cars and helping people find the perfect one.
• Sales & Customer Service Experience - Previous experience is an asset!
• Energetic & Personable - You make great first impressions and build lasting relationships.
• Strong Communicator - Whether in person, over the phone, or through video, you connect effortlessly with clients.
• Highly Organized & Self-Motivated - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of the game.
• Team Player & Go-Getter - You work well with others but also hustle independently.
• Valid Driver's License - A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
