We are looking for the ideal person to fill our Follow-ups Attendant position!
Are you comfortable on the phone, enjoy interacting with people, and know how to follow up effectively? We want you on our team!

Your role is essential to customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
• Make follow-up calls to customers (sales and service);
• Confirm and schedule service appointments;
• Call customers about parts received and schedule appointments;
• Follow up with customers after service visits;
• Update customer files in the system;
• Provide courteous and professional customer service;
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams.
Experience in follow-up or customer service is an asset.

Schedule:
• Full-time;
• Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
• Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
