Canadian Tire in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu is looking for a Service Advisor to join its team!

Ready to take on the challenge? Here are some of the tasks that will be part of your role:

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone or in person;
- Liaise between customers and mechanics and manage the status of work orders;
- Explain estimates to customers before proceeding with work;
- Complete and analyze repair orders with customers;
- Estimate the costs and duration of maintenance and repairs;
- Schedule customer appointments;
- Process billing and payments;
- Perform all other related tasks.
